Vic is the National Rehabilitation Hospital’s mascot. Originally adopted in 1999 from entries in an employee contest, Vic represents the "Victory of the Human Spirit®" — an essential part of the rehabilitation program also portrayed by the NRH Victory Award® and a sculpture by the same name that graces their therapeutic garden.

Since 2005, we have helped Vic reach new heights and versatility in the hospital environment. This selection highlights some of his more recent assignments under our guidance.
